This boxwood borer trap from Dr. Stähler gives you the necessary signals to remove boxwood borer in time. You can use this monitoring trap perennially, so that you always have control over your box trees. The special attractant only attracts male moths, this has no effect on egg laying by the female moths. It is only used to determine the optimum treatment date for infested box trees.

Application:

1. Screw the trap funnel onto the trap body.
2. Attach the trap roof to the trap funnel.
3. Carefully remove a dispenser from the protective foil and load the attractant container with it. Then place the protective cap on the attractant container.
4. Now insert the attractant container into the trap top.
5. The trap can be hung up as desired, or placed with a planting stick in the immediate vicinity of your box trees.
6. To make the boxwood borer directly harmless, the trap body can be filled with about 5 cm of rinse water.
