Water Level drinking valve

Water Level with stainless steel tube and tilting trough including wall mountings

• Water Level is the ideal valve to keep a certain water level in a drinking trough, water tank or similar constant.
• especially suitable for freshly weaned piglets, which learn to drink more easily if they are offered a water level and farrowing pens where there must always be water in the trough
• Advantage: The valve keeps a constant water level, like a float valve, but the cleaning of the Water Level is much easier, because the valve housing is mounted approx. 1.0 m above the water level.
• Function: Water Level works by means of vacuum acting on a rubber diaphragm, thus blocking the water inflow. The valve is equipped with an integrated closing mechanism, so that each valve can close individually.
• for mounting on horizontal pipes
• the valve can also be closed with a simple handle
• double the service life of the new type of double-walled diaphragm

application tips:

• Constant pressure from 1 to 3 bar - or use pressure reducer.
• clean water - or filter, so that Water Level is not clogged up
• Seal the connection/outlet of the pipe (with PTFE and sealing cord) to avoid false air.
• Water capacity must be large enough (pipe)
• Cleaning/replacement of the membrane by turning the bayonet lock
• Water level in the trough for sows 4-5 cm high, thus avoiding feed in the pipe.
